Certifying Staff CAT A Job Description

HANGAR 901 Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is seeking a skilled Certifying Staff CAT A to join our team. As a leading independent aircraft maintenance company in Europe, we offer a unique blend of German quality and international team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance work on aircrafts
  • Identify and rectify technical issues and defects
  • Review aircraft maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and inspections conducted
  • Document all maintenance work

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training as aircraft maintenance technician CAT A or equivalent qualification
  • Current certification as Certifying Staff CAT A
  • Maintenance logbook from the last 2 years
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English language
  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturers and aircraft documentation such as AMM and IPC as well as the aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA)
  • Willingness to travel
