About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at HYDRO Systems KG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the active support of suppliers and service providers, further developing our company-wide infrastructure concept, and acting as a contact person for problems and malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide expert-level support for hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, M365 components, and network technologies
  • Experience with network management and monitoring tools, as well as Azure products
  • Good command of English for communication with international teams
