Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Communications Professional to join our Marketing team as an Employee Communications Manager. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving internal communications across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Global Employee Communication Strategy
  • Lead employer branding projects and roll them out globally, including building a robust onboarding program for new employees.
  • Establish and manage purposeful communication channels within the company, including our Global Intranet platform.
  • Plan internal communication initiatives in multiple markets and locations.
  • Enhance employee engagement and participate actively in projects concerning People initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional communication teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies and standards.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communication/Marketing/Content Management, ideally focused on People & Culture and Employer Branding.
  • Proven expertise in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels in the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Fluency in English.
