Position: Social Educator / Child Care Specialist (m/f/d)

• Full-time: 39 hours/week with flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• Permanent position with immediate availability

Your role includes:

• Delivering educational support to children and young people
• Assisting youth in coping with challenging experiences
• Collaborating with children and adolescents to develop future perspectives
• Providing crisis intervention in educational settings
• Coordinating with families, social services, and various organizations

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a certified educator or a degree in Social Pedagogy (Diploma) or Social Work (B.A. or Master) with relevant experience in child and youth services
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel)
• Experience in counseling and support
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to solve problems and develop concepts
