Job Description

Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. Niederlassung Deutschland is seeking a highly skilled HR Administration Specialist to join their team in Ratingen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation, maintenance, and delivery of contracts and supplements
  • Dispatch and follow-up of probationary evaluations
  • Administrative and organizational tasks in the HR department, such as supporting training schedule administration, certificate issuance, DSGVO inquiries, traffic offenses, office material and IT equipment ordering, and uploading framework contracts to the Contract Manager
  • Support for the Occupational Safety Committee (ASA), including organization and administration of occupational safety training in coordination with the Occupational Safety Officer; contact person for accidents (BG and accident insurance)
  • In representation: organization and contract management in the area of temporary employment, as well as welcoming new employees and ensuring a smooth process on the first working day
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in personnel administration, an advantage
  • Proficient use of common office programs and experience with HR software (e.g. SAP) desirable
  • Communication and team skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Responsibility and discretion, as well as a structured, meticulous, and independent working style
