Job Title: Head of IT Security

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT security initiatives and shape the future of digital security within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority on IT security, staying abreast of technological trends in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, evaluating new developments, and determining how they can benefit our operations and our clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT security team, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure the success of security initiatives.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on best-in-class IT security services, significantly contributing to the sales process with your expertise.
  • Presentations & Workshops: Design and deliver engaging presentations, technical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops to educate and support clients on security topics.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage security projects related to the Digital Workplace, ensuring secure and effective implementation.
  • Service Development: Continuously improve our IT security services by identifying optimization opportunities, driving innovation, and integrating the latest security technologies.
  • Technology Expertise: Work with cutting-edge Microsoft 365 security technologies, including tools like Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: A deep technical background, supported by either vocational training or a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of hands-on experience designing and implementing security projects, particularly within the Microsoft 365 environment or similar security platforms.
  • Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT security tools and practices, especially in cloud-based environments.
  • Consulting & Service Orientation: Strong consulting skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service and working closely with clients and teams.
  • Team Leadership: Comfortable taking on management responsibilities, guiding and developing a team of security professionals.
  • Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
