Senior FP&A Business Partner - Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain (d/f/m)Become a vital member of our headquarters team, collaborating with a committed global FP&A group and colleagues worldwide to drive impactful business results, foster growth, and facilitate learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial management functions related to Operations and Supply Chain for Leica Microsystems, serving as the Financial Business Partner for the VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
- Manage the financial KPI framework, including monthly evaluations, forecasts, and budget processes, while enhancing and standardizing reporting across all locations.
- Lead initiatives to improve material and conversion cost efficiency across all manufacturing facilities.
- Focus on optimizing working capital management, particularly in inventory.
- Ensure appropriate capital allocations among manufacturing sites and guide the supply chain footprint strategy.
- Guarantee financial compliance across sites, including the standard costing process.
- Supervise and develop the operations finance team, comprising 10-12 full-time employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or equivalent).
- Over 10 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing context, preferably in capital investment sectors.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and business insight to navigate complex global production and supply chain networks.
- Proven track record in enhancing financial processes, including the design of budgeting and forecasting methodologies and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on talent development in a global context.
- Demonstrated executive communication skills and the capacity to foster collaboration in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in both German and English.
