Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Seefracht Import und Export (m/w/d) in unserer Niederlassung in Düsseldorf.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Abwicklung der weltweiten Import-/Exportaufträge
  • Auftragsannahme und operative Abstimmung im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Abruf der Sendungen über unsere Partner in den Abgangsländern
  • Eingangsabwicklung nach Ankunft der Sendung in Europa
  • Importverzollung
  • Vorlaufdisposition, Nachlaufdisposition
  • Exportabfertigung
  • Erstellung der Transportdokumente
  • Kalkulation und Abrechnung der Aufträge
  • Gewinn- und Verlustabschluss der Speditionsakten
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Partnern und Auslandshäusern

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Kundenorientierung und Servicedenken
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung/Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Exportabwicklung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
