Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our field sales team and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the principal contact for sales representatives and clients.
  • Prepare and present financing proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Gather and assess credit documentation to facilitate approvals.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit applications for clients.
  • Manage the dispatch, verification, and follow-up of contract documents.
  • Address customer inquiries throughout the bidding process and for ongoing contracts.
  • Oversee correspondence related to current financing agreements, including insurance processing and account reconciliation.
  • Handle payment delays and initiate pre-legal collection procedures as necessary.
  • Enhance and refine inside sales processes for improved efficiency.
  • Support the generation of reports to track sales performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completion of a commercial education program.
  • Prior experience in a relevant role, ideally within the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer interactions via telephone.
  • Enthusiasm for developing and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Team-oriented individual with a strong commitment to excellence.
