About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Egger. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Keilzinkungs-Anlage, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Keilzinkungs-Anlage, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Sort and process wood according to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
- Successful completion of technical training or equivalent experience.
- Desirable: prior experience in a sawmill or woodworking environment, with knowledge of wood processing.
- Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to new situations.
