Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Global Sustainability to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our global sustainability strategy and program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global sustainability strategies and programs that align with our company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate dialogue and coordination on sustainability topics.
- Monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability.
- Provide recommendations and support the improvement of our internal reporting and data collection processes.
- Coordinate responses to external ratings and inquiries, including consolidating internal information.
- Closely cooperate with Global Communication to create textual content on sustainability topics and support internal and external communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as economics, sustainability management, or environmental science.
- Strong knowledge and a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in sustainability management, either in consulting or the manufacturing industry.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through supporting and enhancing our Sustainability Program.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, EU CSRD, and Taxonomy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Structured way of working and highly organized, enjoying working both independently and in a team environment.
- Very good knowledge of English.
