SAP SD/CS Application Management Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support within our SAP Application & Support Team, focusing on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or SAP CS (Customer Service). This role will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of new SAP functionalities and make necessary customization adjustments.
  • Adapt SAP solutions in response to legal changes and project-specific requirements.
  • Extend SAP standards through the development of reports, add-ons, user-exits, and BADIs.
  • Engage in S/4 Transformation projects for clients within our Application Management Services (AMS) segment.
Qualifications
  • Proven consulting experience in IT support related to sales or service processes, specifically in SAP SD or CS, including customization expertise.
  • Familiarity with at least one related module such as FI, CO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, PS, QM, or PM.
  • Basic understanding of sales, logistics, or service processing.
  • Experience in managing small SAP projects and a passion for ITIL support processes at the 3rd Level.
  • Skills in debugging and knowledge of SAP programming (ABAP) and interface technologies (e.g., SAP ALE/iDocs, EDI).
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Willingness to engage in both in-house and remote activities, with occasional travel required.
