Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
