Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, guide, and inspire project engineers along with the entire project team;
  • Accountable for the overall management and direction of the project, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to meet established objectives;
  • Establish and monitor project objectives, financial plans, expenditures, and timelines in accordance with mutually agreed benchmarks from initial development stages through to full-scale production;
  • Facilitate effective customer communication and relationship management, collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager and sales personnel;
  • Ensure the successful execution of your projects by utilizing milestone assessments, project management tools, and appropriate documentation;
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Johnson Electric's project management methodologies through your innovative ideas and active participation.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, precision engineering, or a related field with a technical business focus.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience as an engineer, product manager, or project manager, ideally in mechanical design and industrialization for mass production;
  • Strong technical and engineering expertise is essential;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global context;
  • Familiarity with external client projects and collaboration with third-party entities;
  • If possessing an engineering background, at least initial project management experience with milestone processes and product approvals in previous roles;
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Basic knowledge of mechatronic systems and industrial manufacturing processes;
  • Some experience or interest in Agile Management methodologies.
