We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Management Specialist to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising our customers on information security and creating information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch. You will also lead our customers through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 and support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security management systems (ISMS) for our customers
  • Lead customers through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001
  • Support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers
  • Continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge in the areas of IT and information security
  • Initial experience in dealing with customers, ideally in a dynamic growth environment
  • Process- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Clear head, heart in the right place, and independent work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
