We're seeking a talented Developer (f/m/d) to join our team at SAP, where you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge custom software solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP) and S/4HANA. As a member of our Customer Innovation Services (CIS) team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Developer (f/m/d), you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining custom software solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. You'll work closely with internal colleagues, partners, and customer teams to ensure successful project completion. Your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), or similar environments will be invaluable in delivering high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in design and development on SAP S/4 HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), or similar environments
  • Proficiency in either Node.js / React development; or full stack ABAP technologies (CDS, Gateway, CAP, UI5, Fiori Elements)
  • Experience in implementing GenAI and/or machine learning use cases
  • Research Experience (e.g. PhD study) is a plus
  • Industry Expertise is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and development capabilities
  • Comply with development standards and methodologies (Scrum, quality, security, performance)
  • Profound presentation skills and experiences to present to customers
  • You show a self-motivating style of working combined with a continuous learning mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
