About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Production Designer to join our team at ST. ROBO GmbH. As a key member of our design studio, you will play a pivotal role in designing stages and shows for a wide variety of artists and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative stage and production designs for live entertainment and tour productions.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to execute 3D models and renders.
  • Conceive scenic ideas and integrate lighting, video, lasers, and atmospheric effects for all parts of the show.
  • Produce high-standard concept work through extensive research in the live entertainment industry.
  • Create creative concepts tailored to meet the needs of artists or brands.
  • Develop project designs from the conceptual stage to 2D and 3D presentations.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with an architectural degree and 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in live entertainment, production design, or show and stage design. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, and highly creative, with a strong understanding of design across multiple disciplines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent skills in 3D and rendering software
  • Proficiency in Cinema4D, Redshift, and Adobe Tools is preferred
  • You speak and write German and English fluently.
  • Ability to interpret sketches and transform them into high-quality visuals
  • Experience in stage, show, and spatial design
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and excellent knowledge of innovations, materials, and products
  • Strong ability to create presentations and communicate concepts through various media
  • Experience in digital animation is a plus
  • Keen interest and knowledge in design, music, lifestyle, and contemporary culture
