About The Role

We are seeking an Ad Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Bauer Media Audio Ireland & audioXi team and report to the Ad Operations Manager. The role involves working closely with our Direct Sales team and Agency Sales Team, Media Central, to deliver campaigns successfully and maintain an excellent commercial experience for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, traffic, and manage digital audio and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and suggest optimization solutions to agencies and advertisers.
  • Troubleshoot and QA creatives, working with our Ad Tech Partners.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties, to accurately measure and help achieve campaign objectives.
  • Liaise with ad tech partners and clients on technical and campaign issues.
  • Provide clear post-campaign reports, along with recommendations and insights across digital display and digital audio to our clients.
  • Deliver regular metric-based reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external partners (podcasters/radio stations) on monthly performance and traffic.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an ad operations environment (min 1 year).
  • Proficient in ad serving systems (Google DFP/AdsWizz).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising offerings and products.
  • Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
