Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and talented PraktikantIn/ WerkstudenIn to join our team as a Business Development Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced founder team to build and expand our business in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, including market-facing communication and follower growth.
- Contribute to the further shaping of our product and service portfolio, aligning with our business goals and customer needs.
- Assist in the development of our sales channels and support clients, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with our IT team to design, build, and manage our tech infrastructure, including web and app development, and webshop management.
- You are a student (Bachelor's– year 2 or Master's – any year) in Munich.
- You have a strong interest in food, health, and fitness topics.
- You are a native German speaker with excellent written English skills.
- You possess a hands-on, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset, with clear and goal-directed communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in German is required, and practical experience or academic background in at least one of the above-listed areas is desired.
- Experience working in startups is a plus.
