We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS Advisor to support the implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in ensuring that all operations comply with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
3. Support the investigation of EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, helping to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
4. Assist in delivering EHS training sessions and awareness programs to employees, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
5. Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including inspection reports, incident reports, and safety data sheets (SDS).
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of EHS initiatives aimed at improving safety performance and reducing environmental impact.
7. Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety protocols.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
2. This role requires travel within the region, so a valid driver's license is essential.
3. A relevant EHS certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.
4. Previous experience in an EHS role is desirable but not required.
5. Basic understanding of EHS regulations and best practices.
6. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to work in a combination of office-based tasks and on-site EHS activities.
