We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator/Swiss Robot Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Metalworking/Welding Department at Lindauer DORNIER GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines and Swiss robots with high precision and efficiency.
• Perform various metalworking tasks, including welding, cutting, and shaping.
• Set up and operate machinery, including CNC machines and Swiss robots.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Program and operate CNC machines and Swiss robots to produce high-quality parts.
• Organize and manage material transportation and storage.
• Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements/Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in metalworking or a related field.
• Proven experience in metalworking or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines and Swiss robots, as well as technical drawing and specifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and overtime.
• Proficiency in MAG and WIG welding techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
