About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team in the Energy Sector. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our global energy customers to define, realize, and optimize their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for our global energy customers to work with them in defining, realizing, and optimizing their digital transformation journeys across the globe.
- Work with customers to understand their business and IT needs and provide guidance on their digital transformation journey.
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies to help customers stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing energy industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects and ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on digital transformation, business process improvement, and change management.
About the Team
You will be part of a highly collaborative team that is passionate about helping our customers succeed in their digital transformation journeys. We offer a professional buddy and mentoring program, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Work experience as an SAP Business Consultant, with a focus on business processes more than the IT solution.
- Good understanding of trends in the Energy Industry.
- Experience in working with customers on their Sustainability agenda would be a plus.
- Experience in being part of large SAP transformation programs.
- Good project management and leadership experience in heterogeneous and international environments.
- Good knowledge of and affinity to IT trends and topics.
- Experience in C-suite leaders communication.
- Broad knowledge of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud and related solutions) and their impact on business strategies.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture projects, SAP related architecture and roadmap assessments.
- Basic knowledge of the innovation topics such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, IoT and Machine Learning.
- Constructive and open style of communication as a team player.
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
