• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, beverages, and other store offerings.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
