About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Müller – Die lila Logistik AG. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics specialists and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of logistics operations, including commissioning, warehousing, and shipping
• Develop and implement weekly and monthly work plans for the logistics team
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings and annual performance reviews with team members
• Provide guidance and support to team members on work assignments and safety procedures
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, productivity, and adherence to processes and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Qualification as a Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) and experience in warehouse logistics and commissioning
• Knowledge of a logistics software system (e.g. SAP) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Valid FFZ driver's license and experience with forklifts and high-bay stackers (G25 compliant)
• Experience in the automotive industry and production supply chain (full and empty handling) is desirable
• Experience in personnel management
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken; English language skills are an asset
• Experience in customer service and customer-oriented thinking and action
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early, late, and night shifts
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
