Key Responsibilities- Collect and evaluate data to pinpoint and document service/system requirements pertinent to aviation initiatives.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehend and articulate business needs and processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee the requirements traceability matrix to guarantee that all requirements are traceable, testable, and verifiable.
- Design and execute data-driven strategies to facilitate decision-making, enhance business performance, and fulfill strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Continuously assess industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative tools and methodologies to refine requirements management practices.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analyst capacity, specifically within the aviation sector and requirements management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on service and system requirements management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA) and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Flexible working hours without mandatory core time.
