Your Responsibilities

We are in search of a Cloud Solutions Architect with experience in Product Management or a Product Manager with a background in Cloud Architecture who is eager to deepen their expertise in knowledge transfer to BTP clients utilizing sovereign, restricted, or private cloud deployments. Consultants with relevant technical experience are also encouraged to apply.

As a member of our SAP BTP Multi-Channel Delivery & DC Buildout team, you will:

  • Develop, document, and implement a strategy for knowledge transfer regarding the deployment and operation of BTP in sovereign, restricted, or private cloud settings.
  • Work closely with SAP Learning, SAP Consulting, and BTP Development to design standard training programs.
  • Assess the completeness and usability of existing BTP operations documentation in collaboration with BTP UA Development, identify deficiencies, and prepare it for customer use.
  • Educate and assist our sovereign and private cloud stakeholders and third-party operators in managing SAP BTP services within sovereign and private cloud frameworks.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of professional experience in cloud architecture, product management, or cloud-native development utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, containers, and various hyperscaler APIs.
  • Practical experience in creating knowledge transfer materials for clients, including presentations, videos, and rollout documentation.
  • Familiarity with BTP installation and operational processes on major hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with associated tools.
  • Experience with at least one significant BTP software component (e.g., Foundation, Gardener, HANA Cloud, SAC, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of designing and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to team needs.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.

The SAP BTP Multi-Channel Delivery & DC Buildout team is part of the T&I BTP Foundation Unit, responsible for driving and executing the SAP Business Technology Platform strategy for deploying cloud products in sovereign and private environments. The team maintains end-to-end ownership of the entire topic to ensure an exceptional customer experience for the SAP BTP Sovereign Cloud product portfolio.
