Position Overview

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing both guest and team experiences. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring they feel empowered and confident in delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the brand standards for the Bar/Café, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Lobby Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Ensure adequate equipment and inventory levels are maintained for seamless operations.
  • Drive sales through innovative strategies and dependable guidance.
  • Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Step in for the Lobby Manager as needed, maintaining operational continuity.
  • Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Experience in the hospitality sector, with hotel pre/post-opening experience being advantageous.
  • Technical proficiency and a solid understanding of best practices in hotel operations.
  • A blend of methodical and process-oriented thinking, coupled with flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, focused on creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A positive demeanor that leaves a lasting impression on all interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • A desire to work in an environment that values individuality and authenticity.
