Position Overview
As a Working Student in Contract Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the contract management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the organization, tracking, and administration of contracts.
- Contributing to the streamlining of contract management workflows.
- Participating in the development of training materials and raising awareness within the team.
- Supporting the team in generating reports and ensuring thorough documentation of processes and activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing studies in Business Law or Business Informatics.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office with a strong interest in contracts and digitalization.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and a dependable team collaborator.
- Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Additional Information
This position is part-time, with a commitment of 10 hours per week, and offers the potential for extension. We provide flexible working hours during the semester and increased hours during breaks, along with a regulated vacation entitlement. You will have a dedicated contact person to support you throughout your tenure, a modern work environment, and the option for mobile work arrangements.
