Quality Coordinator Job Description

Ampacet Corporation is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within European entities, including updating and following up on standards, coordinating the implementation of requirements with company standards, and maintaining company standard certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation, coordination, support, and maintenance of activities linked to quality systems within European entities.
  • Update and follow up on standards when new versions are released.
  • Coordinate the implementation of requirements with company standards.
  • Maintain company standard certifications (QSE+FS).
  • Maintain documents management.
  • Follow up on internal and external audits from certifications, customers, and other parties.
  • Ensure the maintenance of action plans with findings from audits and other sources.
  • Support and follow up on management reviews on sites and HQ.
  • Manage quality performance through indicators such as customer satisfaction and supplier surveys.
  • Adapt and develop quality procedures, forms, and tools.
  • Manage the processing of customer complaints and internal non-conformities.
  • Support training for quality assurance topics to HQ and European sites personnel.
  • Elaborate quality insurance monthly/yearly reports.
  • Ensure the objectives of the department are followed and alert if any deviation can impact the result.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and objectives of the department.
  • Propose and/or implement any improvements (optimization, simplification, harmonization, automation) to support company objectives and organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3/4 years of working experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in Food Safety certification and/or Medical application is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Oral and writing communication skills.
  • Standards management ISO 9001 and any other ISO like 22000 and 13485.
  • Workshops and topics animation.
  • Risk analysis.
  • CAPA.
  • Internal audit.
  • Documents management.
