Your Role: As an International Language Correspondent in Patent Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting the protection of innovations. The rapid pace of technological advancement presents new opportunities for patent protection, and your linguistic skills will be essential in facilitating this process. You will assist in safeguarding groundbreaking developments emerging from international research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in correspondence with domestic and international clients, patent offices, corporations, courts, and external legal representatives, utilizing your language proficiency.
- Efficiently handle document processing using office software, including text modules and databases.
- Prepare legal documents and maintain case files as part of your daily tasks.
- Manage applications with national and international patent offices, presenting a daily challenge.
- Oversee scheduling and deadline management to ensure timely submissions.
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a foreign language secretary, language correspondent, or European secretary.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at C1 or C2 level.
- Strong skills in MS Office and quick typing abilities.
- Confident demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in technical and patent law topics.
