Job Title: 3PLs & Warehouse Manager EMEA

Stratasys Ltd is seeking a highly skilled 3PLs & Warehouse Manager EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the EMEA warehouse design and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EMEA key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the requirements and relationship with all EMEA third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure that the periodical objectives for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness are achieved
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, locally & globally to ensure smooth & efficient inbound and outbound transactions from multiple locations in EMEA
  • Develop and maintain all inventory control processes such as cycle & wall to wall counts
  • Support all TPL compliances regarding DG storage and handling
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent or similar discipline and a minimum of 5 years in warehousing management required, preferably internationally
  • Experience with Third Party Logistics provider selection
  • Experience working with ERP software and customer service required; Oracle preferred
  • Experience with lean thinking and processes
  • Language skills: fluent in English and able to communicate confidently in German
