Product Development Manager

Fluke Reliability is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to drive business growth by executing new product development and sustaining efforts on time and on budget. As a key member of the Fluke Product team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute program plans, ensuring scope definition, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
- Lead the program planning process, including tools and schedule development.
- Review and approve program plans for conformance to program strategy and schedule.
- Communicate program status, risk analyses, and Voice of Customer (VOC) collection to stakeholders.
- Direct and coordinate resources across company functions to ensure program development and key performance indicators stay on track.
- Ensure program achievement of cost, quality, performance, production rate, and yield metrics.
- Lead program through all stages from idea to commercial execution.
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing system-level products, including hardware, firmware, and software.
- Demonstrated experience in leading aggressive and results-driven brand management and product planning strategies.
- Proven experience in developing long-range strategic goals and establishing competitive strategy based on market intelligence, financials, and technology drivers.
- Demonstrated experience managing ISO-9000 compliant projects.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, including leadership of geographically dispersed, cross-functional development teams.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software development processes, electronics manufacturing, and materials procurement.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience in risk management and change management.
