Key Responsibilities
The Site Manager holds primary responsibility on-site for the following tasks:

  • Ensure all on-site project activities adhere to QHSE regulations.
  • Oversee all construction activities to meet deadlines, budget, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Guarantee the execution of contracts established with suppliers and clients.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate team efforts on-site to fulfill the scope of work and manage activities during the execution readiness phase.
  • Provide internal reports as outlined in the Governance plan.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Site Management, preferably within the wind energy sector or a related field.
  • Proven experience in precast concrete or construction projects.
  • A willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities, along with conflict resolution experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
