Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at E Energy Infrastructure Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering electrified heat/cooling solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop commercial models to support product scaling and coordinate commercial and technical concepts into well-rounded customer offerings.
- Deploy scalable design, delivery, and operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units.
- Define go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and marketing campaigns.
- Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop sales pipelines with regional units.
- Coordinate capability build-up at regional EIS units and create implementation plans to drive growth.
- Connect with external suppliers and OEMs to ensure access to state-of-the-art solutions.
- Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on heat pump/refrigeration technology or process engineering.
- Several years of experience in technical sales or engineering discipline.
- Experience in the design and delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
- Outgoing, integrative personality with a can-do attitude.
- Good stakeholder management, being able to build bridges between people.
- Customer orientation and strong commercial mindset.
- Fluency in English in written and spoken; other languages are a plus (esp. German, Swedish, Italian, and/or Polish).
