We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our campus facilities, including grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of our equipment and machinery.
- Waste Management: Coordinate the collection and disposal of waste from our facilities.
- Handyman Services: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair services.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic technical knowledge and handiness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (min. Level B2).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
