Our Finance team at HomeToGo is a data-driven strategic center that thrives on tackling complex business challenges through a blend of financial analysis and strategic initiatives. This approach keeps HomeToGo at the forefront of the ever-evolving vacation rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Manager with daily tasks such as financial reporting, managing expense accounts, and handling intercompany transactions.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Assist in financial reporting tasks to the CFO, including cash flow analysis.
- Collaborate with Business Development managers to optimize financial processes, such as standardizing the dunning and invoicing process, with a focus on automation and tools like Salesforce.
- Engage in financial projects covering topics like financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Expand your skills by working with SAP Cloud and other industry-standard tools.
Requirements:
- Be a team player who can also work independently.
- Be reliable and well-structured.
- Enjoy exploring and utilizing new tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and SAP Hana Cloud.
- Have strong analytical skills and a knack for working with numbers.
- Be proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Fluent in German; English proficiency is a bonus.
