**Your Responsibilities:**

* Recruiting: You'll learn all aspects of recruiting, including creating job postings and actively reaching out to potential candidates.
* Talent Search: You'll search for and identify top talent in our pool and work with them to develop individual career plans.
* Job Interviews: You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and will coordinate and conduct phone interviews.
* HR Management: You'll support our HR team in all aspects of the recruitment process, from creating candidate profiles to successful hiring.
