About the Role

ING Luxembourg is seeking a skilled Backend Java Developer to join our team in the Chapter Customer Data domain. As a Java developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering solutions/applications assigned to this domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in maintaining the payment engine, focusing on control rules and incoming/outgoing payment messages;
  • Write and execute automated tests (unit test, functional/non-functional, integration test,...);
  • Resolve incidents linked to payment applications;
  • Act as the IT Custodian for certain assets related to IT Risk management;
  • Participate actively in Agile development events;
  • Continuously improve technical and functional expertise.
Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor degree in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in development;
  • Fluency in French or English and good comprehension of the other;
  • Technical skills: Java, SpringBoot, SpringBatch, SQL, Rest APIs, Document Management System, Jasper Reports, IT Security skills, IntelliJ, VSCode, Oracle, Neo4J, Cassandra, DB2, Linux, Windows, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps, Elastic Search/Kibana.
