Job Overview

As a Counter Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counter Operations: Manage daily activities, including visual merchandising and inventory management, while collaborating closely with your Account Manager on personnel matters such as staffing and recruitment.
  • Performance Enhancement: Drive counter performance through exemplary customer service, effective teamwork, and streamlined processes, all while adhering to our retail standards.
  • Sales and Customer Experience Goals: Share responsibility for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction, including KPI management and promotional activities.
Qualifications
  • Personality: An authentic and optimistic individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an open mindset.
  • Brand Ambassador: A proactive representative of our brand with excellent communication skills (German: Proficient; English: Basic): You will serve as a role model for the team, fostering outstanding performance through constructive feedback and support.
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools, demonstrating a strong desire for personal growth, accountability, and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Industry Affinity: A passion for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors, with at least one year of experience in a leadership role within a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, tourism).
