We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Manager to join our team at NOZ MEDIEN. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with our business objectives and drive measurable results
  • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and provide expert guidance to our development teams
  • Perform in-depth competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve our online presence
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate SEO insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies
  • Take ownership of all SEO activities and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support and mentor junior SEO professionals to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS is a plus
