- Several years of experience in retail, ideally in a managerial capacity
- Preference for candidates who have completed a trainer qualification
- Strong customer service skills, business acumen, and a high degree of commitment, adaptability, and resilience

- Oversee the comprehensive management of the branch, including staffing, inventory control, sales activities, and budget oversight
- Responsible for team management and fostering continuous development
- Conduct training for employees and oversee the education of apprentices and retail specialists
- Assist colleagues during new store openings and inventory checks
- Ensure optimal product displays
- Prepare for merchandise transfers as needed
- Manage pricing, discounts, and inventory processes
- Act as the primary liaison between administration and sales teams
