Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Electrical Engineering Consultant, you will report to the Head of Electrical Engineering and will be instrumental in leading electrical and multidisciplinary projects. Your role will involve:
- Acting as the technical lead on projects to ensure optimal solutions are delivered to clients within established timelines and quality standards.
- Representing AqualisBraemar LOC as a domain expert, sharing insights to enhance the overall execution of assignments.
- Generating and pursuing business leads, including participation in industry conferences and seminars.
- Independently preparing tenders and proposals for consultancy services.
- Consulting on procurement tenders, technical studies, and optimization analyses for renewable energy systems.
- Ensuring projects remain within budget and on schedule.
- Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Staying informed about technological advancements and regulatory changes that may impact our services.
Qualifications and Skills:
We seek a proactive and insightful professional with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
- 10-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in renewable energy and high-voltage projects.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of the energy sector, especially offshore wind projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German being advantageous.
- Experience in sales, business development, and project management.
