Become a vital member of the Process Excellence and Mining Team, assisting our clients in enhancing their operations through innovative tools and methodologies to boost efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end processes through Process Mining, Analytics, and Automation.
  • Translate IT requirements into actionable business insights, acting as a bridge between IT and business.
  • Implement comprehensive processes utilizing Process Mining tools such as Celonis, covering everything from system integration to data transformation (ETL processes) and data modeling, as well as developing process analyses and optimizations.
  • Create customized solutions by leveraging new functionalities and applications of the Celonis EMS.
  • Identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to realize these opportunities for our clients.
  • Serve as an innovator and trusted advisor for our clients on their digital transformation journey.


Qualifications
  • University degree (B.S. or M.S.) or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Mining using Process Mining software such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
  • A keen interest in Big Data, data analysis, and Process Mining.
  • Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick to grasp new concepts.
  • Good understanding of business processes; terms like O2C, P2P, AR, and AP should be familiar to you.
  • Strong communication skills; enjoy interacting with various teams and stakeholders to understand and interpret business processes.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Residing in Germany, within reach of one of our offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of process flows in at least one ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of Python programming.
