(Junior) Technology Compliance Consultant - Financial Services (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will actively contribute your expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management systems. Your role will include:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of IT and compliance requirements for financial services organizations, advising on their innovative and technology-driven implementation through effective, forward-thinking processes, automation, and the use of IT tools.
  • Maintaining composure in the face of unexpected disruptions, you will devise appropriate Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity strategies and processes, ensuring their effective execution.
  • Facilitating collaboration between financial institutions and their service providers, whether they are hyperscalers or other IT service providers, by designing sourcing strategies, managing governance processes, and implementing comprehensive risk management.
  • Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will tackle complex challenges and take on early responsibilities in an international environment, engaging with prominent players in the German financial services market.

Your Profile

  • You are a (Junior) Technology Compliance Consultant with a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Economics with an IT focus, or a comparable field of study.
  • You have a keen interest in areas such as xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management, and Third Party Risk Management.
  • Your work is characterized by a results-oriented approach, coupled with high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • You think outside the box, exploring new paths with innovative ideas, and are eager to learn about emerging technologies such as AI.
  • You are motivated to deepen your expertise through certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO 27001).
  • You possess a strong affinity for project management and a solid understanding of processes and their interconnections.
  • Ideally, you have theoretical or practical knowledge of common Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira).
  • Fluent German and proficient English language skills complete your profile.
