In this position, you will take charge of evaluating and overseeing user-generated content across various social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content adheres to the established company standards and policies, while also eliminating any material that may be deemed offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. Furthermore, you will have the chance to work closely with clients and play a role in shaping strategies aimed at fostering a positive and secure online atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and oversee user-generated content on various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Detect and eliminate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content to uphold a safe and positive online community.
  • Collaborate with clients to formulate strategies and guidelines for effective content moderation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and best practices related to social media content oversight.
  • Provide regular updates on content moderation activities and performance metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring uniform content moderation practices.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective guidelines and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience in content moderation or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of current online trends and user behavior.
  • Ability to make prompt and precise decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid EU passport or ID.
