Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual for an internship in Coburg.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the professional landscape. Whether your background is in business administration, mathematics, IT, or law, HUK-COBURG offers a tailored experience to guide your career path. Please note that only our barista is responsible for coffee preparation.

What You Will Experience:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector from the viewpoint of central controlling.
  • Assist in the formulation and enhancement of group planning processes.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks and present findings in a manner suitable for management review.

Your Qualifications:

  • Pursuing studies in business administration (a completed bachelor's degree is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Self-motivated, responsible work ethic complemented by teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Our flexible working policy allows you to adjust your hours to fit your lifestyle. There are no minimum working hours; instead, you will fulfill your responsibilities within a designated timeframe from 7 am to 8 pm, accommodating local needs. We are also open to finding solutions for any academic commitments during your internship.

Your professional network will expand rapidly through your internship supervisors, intern gatherings, and collaborations with various departments.

As an intern, you will not only observe projects and workplace dynamics but also engage in self-directed responsibilities. Your insights and proposals are valued, as interns are considered integral team members rather than mere assistants.

We offer complimentary access to fitness activities in our on-site sports facilities. Recognizing that health encompasses both physical well-being and nutrition, you can indulge in wholesome, handcrafted options available in our coffee bars and company restaurant.

Your contributions, enthusiasm, and dedication during the internship are highly appreciated. For mandatory internships and voluntary internships lasting up to three months, a monthly stipend of €1,100 gross is provided. For voluntary internships exceeding three months, compensation is approximately € gross monthly.
