Logistik-Teamleiter (m/w/d) für Chemische Logistik

**Überblick über die Aufgaben**

Als Logistik-Teamleiter (m/w/d) für Chemische Logistik sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Logistikteams. Sie planen und sichern den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb aller logistischen Services im übertragenen Verantwortungsbereich sowie externer Logistikdienstleister.

**Hauptaufgaben**

  • Planung und Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen Betriebs aller logistischen Services
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Logistikteams
  • Datenbasierte Operationssteuerung inklusive selbstständiger Datenerhebung und Einhaltung der für die Logistik relevanten KPI
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen Kunden und Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen sowie externen Audits
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von logistischen Konzepten und Strategien zur Optimierung aller Services und Systeme
  • Sicherstellung aller rechtlichen und behördlichen Auflagen- und Verordnungen

**Anforderungen**

  • Abgeschlossene Berufs- oder Fachhochschulausbildung in einem logistischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung im Logistik- oder Supply-Chain-Management-Umfeld
  • Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse für die Lagerung von Gefahrstoffen gemäß GefStoffV sowie Kenntnis der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
