Rovell-Hotels is on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Rang (w/m/d) to enhance our dining experience. We seek an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and upholding our esteemed standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving guests during meal services, including buffet and menu options
  • Managing bar service
  • Delivering à la carte dining experiences
  • Crafting cocktails and mixed beverages following established recipes
  • Overseeing an independent service station
  • Handling cash transactions and managing your own cash register
  • Providing catering services for conference events
  • Assisting with stock management at service counters
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar upscale hotel role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with computerized cash register systems is beneficial
  • Goal-oriented with a friendly, guest-focused attitude, and the ability to adapt
  • Professional demeanor with confidence and charm
  • Strong commitment to service quality
  • Team-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Fluency in German; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus
