Wir suchen einen (Senior-) Prozessmanager (m/w/x) für unseren Bereich IT Governance.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Gestaltung unterschiedlichster Prozesse im IT Umfeld auf der Basis von ITIL, SAFe bzw. Scrum
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Etablierung benötigter Kennzahlen und deren Kontrolle / Auditierung
  • Austausch und Beratung unserer IT Spezialisten in allen prozessualen Fragen, Compliance-Anforderungen samt deren Umsetzung in den dafür bereitgestellten IT-Tools
  • Verantwortung für die Ausgestaltung unserer IT-Prozesslandschaft
  • Projektleitung bei der Anpassungen oder der Einführung von IT Prozessen
Anforderungen
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der IT, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, gerne aber auch der Physik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbares
  • Idealereweise erste Berufserfahrung in Umfeld der IT Governance und der IT-Prozesswelt
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im IT-Prozessumfeld (ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, COBIT) und deren Toolausprägung (z.B. ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, LeanIX)
  • Idealereweise erste Erfahrungen in der Ausprägung eines oder mehrerer der Felder IT-Risk-, Vendor-, Application Portfolio- oder Lizenzmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im IT-Betriebs- bzw. Software-Entwicklungsumfeld (AzureDevOps,.Net, Azure samt AzureFunctions, IT Infrastuktur)
  • Idealereweise erste Erfahrung im Umfeld von IT Compliance-Anforderungen und der Prozess-Auditierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
