Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Applications Team Lead to join our team at B&O Service AG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-8 colleagues at our locations in Munich and Bad Aibling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute IT projects in the Business Applications area, including Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics, and Power Platform, as well as other applications in our central departments.
  • Ensure that our Business Applications are optimally integrated and continuously developed to meet the requirements of our company.
  • Initiate new application projects and ensure their implementation according to schedule and budget specifications.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative work culture and promote the development and motivation of your team members through modern leadership methods.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in IT project management and initial leadership experience or a desire to develop towards a leadership position.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Business Central, MS Dynamics, and Power Platform, as well as experience with agile working methods.
  • High leadership competence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire your team.
